Return Policy

• We only accept returns if the product is unopened or defective.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase for your choice of an exchange or company credit.

• Returns will not be accepted on merchandise later than 30 days from the date of original purchase.

• All returned products must have been shipped from New Earth Records, and include invoice number and purchase date.

• All products purchased through retail channels must be returned to the original retailer.

• Items returned must be unopened and in their original packaging, except in the case of defective items.

• In the case of a defective product, please indicate the problem and we will issue an exchange or company credit.

• You are responsible for the shipping and insurance for all returns.
