Average Costs for Single Track Licensing

*Prices below are minimums, actual cost may vary based on project *

COMMERCIAL CDS	To license a single track for a commercial CD depends on both parties agreeing to a Royalty Rate, a Mechanical Rate and an Advance.

NON-PROFIT CDS	Non-profit projects are considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally a one-time fee based on number of units to be produced is acceptable.

PRACTITIONER CDS	For up to 1,000 CDs, minimum license of $350. No Deuter.

COMMERCIAL DVDS	Minimum license of $800 one time fee per track (no Deuter) or Minimum license of $1000 one time fee per Deuter track.

NON-PROFIT DVDS	DVD must not* be sold and must not be used for any commercial purpose in order to qualify.* Minimum license of $650.00 one time fee per track (no Deuter) or Minimum license of $850.00 one time fee per Deuter track.

WEBSITES	Commercial - Minimum license of $300 for three (3) years.* Practitioner - Minimum license of $200 for three (3) years.* *Deuter tracks are an additional $200.

PHONE SYSTEMS	Music for on-hold systems in your business are a minimum of $150 for use of up to 10 New Earth albums of your choice. Three (3) year term.

All full album licensing as well as licensing for Film, Television, Commercials, and other media (Video Games, Software, etc) are considered on a case-by-case basis.
