Inspired by Osho, a contemporary mystic and purveyor of love, peace and meditation practice, this compilation from New Earth Records offers an exquisite atmosphere for yoga, deep contemplation and inner peace.
The music features a mystical blend of Asian influences and earthy rhythms, with dancing flutes and swirls of sitar amongst tabla beats, guitar and joyous synth atmosphere. It’s a great album for creating an environment conducive to healing work, striking a unique balance between being mellow and stimulating. Twenty eight musicians joined together to create the serene music of TEN THOUSAND BUDDHAS (the musicians are un-named on the album, however the overall sound of the album falls in line with the music of New Earth’s artists), and the album was recorded live at the OSHO International Meditation Resort.
